The administrative and management team of the Lexington Surgery Center is committed to providing each patient high quality care in an accredited ambulatory surgery center that maintains an environment focused on respect and safety. We greatly appreciate the physician and family member’s confidence in our dedicated and caring staff, as well as, our administrative and clinical policies and procedures, which guide us in the care of their patients and loved ones.
We are also highly committed to our esteemed physicians on staff. By providing them with a well trained and dedicated staff throughout each department of the facility, we can enhance the efficiency of their day. We strive to provide high quality and safe care to their patients starting with the pre-op phone call and admission process, to the technical and clinical expertise requirements of the staff, to the discharge from the facility and follow-up call from our professional RN staff. Communication to the physician, as well as the patient, is a value we think is important to the safety and quality you expect for your patients.
The Lexington Surgery Center could not provide the high-quality patient care we take pride in without our dedicated staff. It is in that light, we hold our staff in the highest regard and wish to provide an environment that is caring and respectful, safe and well maintained, promotes communication and education, and is understanding of their personal and family needs. LSC provides a family-oriented and fun work experience. We are extremely proud of our staff, many of whom are charter and or long-tenured teammates!
